Visitors to the 22nd Cotswold Show will have the opportunity to make themselves right at home as Bloor Homes, in conjunction with estate Agents RA Bennett & Partners, will be showcasing its local developments during the event which takes place on Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 July, from 9am to 6pm, at Cirencester Park.

Not only will visitors be able to enjoy a fun-packed family day out, take part in a wide range of activities, watch show-stopping performances, and browse a myriad of local craft stalls, they will also be able to find out more about the brand new homes available in the region.

Bloor Homes staff will be offering a warm welcome and all the information you need about its current and forthcoming developments. This includes the incredibly popular Bourton Chase development at Bourton-on-the-Water whose first 46 homes in Phase 1 sold in record time, defying market trends. The recent launch of the next phase looks equally promising – if sales to date are anything to go by – and no wonder…

Sales Adviser Andrew Cripps commented: “Located in the heart of the Cotswolds, our traditional style homes are built in Cotswold stone style to blend perfectly with their local surroundings. The development offers a range of property sizes and styles from one-bedroom coach-houses to four-bedroom detached properties with prices starting from just £149,950.”

He continued: “Bourton Chase is situated just off the A429 making it an ideal location for commuters needing to get to Cheltenham, Oxford and Stratford-upon-Avon. It’s only a few miles from Moreton-in-Marsh as well, where a direct mainline link to Paddington means that London is only about 80 minutes away.”

In fact, work is scheduled to start on a new development in Moreton-in-Marsh later this year, giving house hunters another opportunity to buy in the area. Bloor Homes has just received planning permission to build 150 homes in the market town and visitors to their stand will be able to find out more about this and another new site destined for Cheltenham Spa.

Also being showcased at the event are Bloor’s Littlecombe development in Dursley and Folly Park View in Faringdon.

Andrew added: “If you are attending the event, please pop in and see us. We can chat to you about the properties available at all our development and we can also let you know about some budget busting initiatives we have on offer to help you buy your dream home with us. These include our generous Part Exchange Plus scheme for buyers with an existing property to sell and our equity loan scheme aimed at helping first time buyers get a foot on the property ladder.”
