Leeds Building Society wins top savings award
Leeds Building Society has won the award for ‘Best cash ISA provider for consistency of rates' at the 2011 Moneywise customer service awards.
These awards were voted on by over 12,000 consumers and carefully analysed by Core Data research. This information was used to identify those companies that offer the best service, and those most trusted to provide these services, according to the British public. This was the largest ever dedicated customer service survey held in the UK.
The winners of the Moneywise Customer Service Awards 2011 were presented in front of over 300 guests and industry leaders.
Stewart Bannister, Marketing Communications Manager at Leeds Building Society said, "Over 12,000 readers of Moneywise magazine took part in deciding the awards with readers free to nominate any bank, building society or other financial institution so this is a great accolade.
"We know that tax free savings are very important to our customers, and we have consistently offered very competitive interest rates combined with penalty free access to some of the funds."
Johanna Gornitzki, Editor of Moneywise said, "The Moneywise Customer Service Awards have become a sought after endorsement of trustworthiness and quality customer service in the financial services industry. Real customers decide who can be most trusted to provide them with the service they need.
"Their tax-free status means that cash ISAs should be a first stop for every saver. Congratulations to Leeds Building Society for being voted one of the organisations customers trust to give them the best service for their cash ISA savings."
