Beautifully designed homes in the sought after town of Kings Norton are now on sale.

Kings Lodge is an intimate development featuring just 14 traditional looking town houses with interiors designed to meet the needs of today’s householder.

The Crest Nicholson venture is attracting strong interest from potential purchasers with one eager buyer having already reserved their preferred property.

Amanda Benjamin, sales manager for Crest Nicholson, commented: “We’ve just launched Kings Lodge, where a four-bedroom Kingsleigh style show home is now open. One visitor was so impressed by the show home that they have reserved a house in the same style. It demonstrates that despite some of the doom and gloom written about the housing market there’s still a demand for quality built homes in the right location.”

With a range of amenities close by including shops, restaurants and schools, Kings Lodge enjoys a desirable location. It’s also well placed for commuting with trains from Kings Norton reaching Birmingham New Street in approximately 15 minutes.

The Kingsleigh features a spacious living room that spans from the front to the rear of the property. The open plan kitchen and dining room is at the hub of the home and is fitted with beautiful Manhattan cupboards and drawers with plenty of storage and work space, Bosch stainless steel hob, double oven and chimney hood.

On the first floor the family bathroom is fitted with a sleek white Roca suite with a sleek finish that provides the perfect setting for a relaxing soak. The master bedroom, complete with en-suite, is also on the first floor along with bedroom two; while the remaining two bedrooms are on the top floor.

The Kingsbury, also has four bedrooms with a combined kitchen and dining room and a separate lounge. Three bedrooms and the family bathroom are on the first floor, with the master bedroom and en-suite on the top floor offering parents a sanctuary at the end of a busy day.

Prices at Kings Lodge start from £199,950.

To help make moving easier, Crest is now offering part-exchange whereby the developer will accept a customer’s old home as part payment for a new home at Kings Lodge. Alternatively buyers may wish to take advantage of a 5% contribution towards their deposit or have their stamp duty and legal fees paid.

“Kings Lodge is ideal for families. Not only are there schools nearby but the homes themselves lend themselves to family living. For example, those who only need three bedrooms may choose to buy the Kingsleigh and use one of the two bedrooms on the top floor as a second lounge or games room for the children; while the master bedroom of the Kingsbury is somewhere parents can retreat to to get away from it all,” Amanda added.

While there are only two styles of properties available at Kings Lodge there are plenty of opportunities for buyers to customise the look inside and create their dream home.

Located in Redditch Road, the sales office and show home at Kings Lodge are open from Thursday to Monday inclusive from 10am to 5pm.
