Crest Nicholson has launched evening house buying at its Park Central development in Birmingham city centre.

House hunters can now visit the development until 7pm on a Thursday to view its current range of new build properties. The innovative developer took the decision to join the retail community in opening late one evening per week following increased demand from professional house hunters’ keen to view properties outside of office hours.

Ruth Williams, sales manager for Park Central commented: “Finding time to visit developments and view properties can often be a struggle when you are working full time and have weekend commitments. Having seen over 400 visitors to Park Central in the first half of this year, we have a good impression of what buyers want and one question we are increasingly asked is whether we are open late any evenings. Responding to this, we are now open until 7pm on a Thursday evening and will be trialling this concept until the end of the summer to gauge visitor take up.

“Alongside providing house hunters with more time to take advantage of our sales team’s expert support and advice, opening later also enables visitors to come and experience the atmosphere at Park Central in the evening. I think many visitors will be surprised by what a quiet and green oasis the development offers despite being situated right in the heart of a lively city centre. Our new apartment show home is also open for evening viewings on Thursdays and we look forward to showing visitors the welcome home from work they could be enjoying at Park Central.”

With the first phase of one bedroom apartments released at Lower Parkside sold out, a two bedroom show apartment has been opened giving purchasers a first-hand look at the quality of properties available alongside interior design inspiration. The spacious apartment features a neutral colour palette with accents of mulberry and also showcases the extensive balconies at Lower Parkside, offering residents ample space for relaxing and dining outdoors. Prices for properties at Lower Parkside start from £145,000 for a two bedroom apartment.
