Prospective homebuyers keen on snapping up a bargain are being urged to take advantage of the few remaining properties available at Taylor Wimpey Wales' Great Western Wharf development.

There are only four houses and eight apartments still to be sold at the development, in Argosy Way, Newport, Gwent.

Great Western Wharf has enjoyed continued sales success since it was launched in July 2007 with more than 300 new properties being sold ranging from two bedroom apartments to four bed houses. Taylor Wimpey is now down to just four houses priced from £139,995, and eight apartments available from £89,995.

Sara Taylor, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Wales, said: "This is an excellent opportunity to snap up one of the few remaining homes at Great Western Wharf before this development is completely sold out.

" All the properties are all ready for occupation and every plot is available for viewing, so we would urge people, even if you have visited us before, to come and see what deals there are to be had on these last remaining properties.”

The apartments, all of which face the river, come with Juliet balconies, a modern open plan living/kitchen area, fitted wardrobes, carpets and other flooring throughout, gas central heating, and allocated parking.

Great Western Wharf is in a great location to enjoy all the benefits of Newport, with its well appointed high street, lively Riverfront Arts Centre and good sport and leisure facilities, while the city of Cardiff is just 14 miles along the M4 and Bristol is also easily commutable.

For further information on the remaining homes at Great Western Wharf, visit the sales centre open from 10am until 5pm every day.
