Taylor Wimpey is unveiling two new family-size showhomes at its Saddlers Brook development of property for sale in Rushall, Walsall.

West Midlands property-seekers will soon find it a whole lot easier to picture themselves living in a brand new home at Saddlers Brook, Taylor Wimpey’s tranquil development of new homes in Rushall, Walsall.

That’s because two brand new showhomes are being unveiled at the leading housebuilder’s sought-after development of houses for sale in Rushall on Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th August, offering would-be purchasers an enticing look at the lifestyle they could be enjoying.

Saddlers Brook is already proving hugely popular with home-hunters, who have been wasting no time snapping up their choice of stylish houses to buy in Rushall off-plan – and the launch of the three-bedroom ‘Kingsford’ and four-bedroom ‘Oakley’ showhomes is set to take interest in the conveniently located development to a whole new level.

Jan Titley, Regional Sales and Marketing Manager for Taylor Wimpey West Midlands, says: “It’s possible to gain a realistic idea of what the new properties in Rushall at Saddlers Brook will look like from drawings and plans, but there’s nothing like walking round a beautifully decorated showhome to experience a true flavour of what life here has to offer.

“We can’t reveal too much just yet about what these stunning showhomes will look like. However, those in search of property in Rushall or houses for sale in Walsall can be sure that when they are officially launched, there will be some truly jaw-dropping interior designs on display that are guaranteed to inspire.”

The ‘Oakley’ is a fantastic four-bedroom detached house which features a generous lounge flooded with natural light from the bay window, a contemporary fitted kitchen/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden and a handy guest cloakroom also located off the entrance hallway.

The en-suite master bedroom, three further bedrooms and a main bathroom can be found upstairs, while allocated parking is located outside. Homes of this design are currently for sale at Saddlers Brook priced from just £224,995.

The three-bedroom semi-detached ‘Kingsford’, meanwhile, boasts a spacious lounge/dining room, a contemporary fitted kitchen and a guest cloakroom located off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the landing leads to a master bedroom with en-suite facilities, two further bedrooms and a main bathroom.

Qualifying first-time buyers can secure the ‘Kingsford’ for just 85% of the full price under Taylor Wimpey’s easystart shared equity scheme – that’s just £135,996.

With a deposit of as little as 5%, subject to status, easystart customers are provided with up to 15% equity towards their home in the form of an interest-free loan from Taylor Wimpey. This can then be repaid in up to three instalments over a 10-year period, at the market value of the property when payments are made.

Full details and terms and conditions of the incentive are available from the Sales Executive at Saddlers Brook.

Nestling in a leafy residential area off Cartbridge Lane South, Saddlers Brook will be a tranquil new community of two, three and four-bedroom homes. The picturesque Ford Brook runs through this thoughtfully designed development, providing selected properties with an attractive waterfront aspect.

The new homes will enjoy convenient access to Rushall’s community facilities including schools for children of all ages, shops, pubs, a medical centre as well as green open spaces and play areas. To the north is some fine countryside with pleasant walks, particularly along Rushall Canal, which forms part of the historic Birmingham Canal Navigations.

Less than 20 minutes from Birmingham and benefiting from good education, health, transport, leisure and art facilities – as well as attractive woodland, commons and canals – Walsall boasts a diverse and stimulating town centre which lies just two miles from Saddlers Brook.

The town boasts a rich industrial heritage rooted in the leather industry, and has recently been undergoing something of a renaissance, with investment in 21st century amenities to further develop local retail, leisure and the environment.

To ensure they are among the first to see the new showhomes at Saddlers Brook, customers can visit the Sales and Marketing Suite, located off Cartbridge Lane South, Rushall, and open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5pm.
