The resort also has one of just four Elemis Premier Spas in Wales and offers over 80 regular and specialised treatments such as waxing, facials, manicures and pedicures, hydrotherapy baths, body wraps and body sculpting cellulite therapy. One to three day spa packages are also available.

Guests wanting more direct guidance about lifestyle, health and fitness can meet with the Celtic Haven fitness professional and restaurant manager to discuss targets. They can help with posture training, healthy eating and instruction of how to use gym equipment effectively.

The fresh air and spectacular sights of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park can be enjoyed straight from the cottage doorstep with private access to Lydstep Beach and the Celtic Mile walking trail.
