TD Turbo winner at TOTB X

Fabulous weather, a great turn out and adrenolin fuelled excitement ruled the tenth anniversary of the ever popular Ten Of The Best on the last weekend in July at Elvington in Yorkshire. Turbo Dynamics partnered the event, which was attended by TD’s own Emma Earley (Web and Business Development) and Martin Wright (Technical).

TD performance partner Lateral Performance ruled the day with driver Steve Darley scooping a number of trophies including: TOTB X 4WD Top Speed Winner, TOTB X 4WD ¼ Mile Winner, TOTB X 4WD ¼ Mile Shootout Winner,
TOTB X Top Speed Champion and TOTB X Champion in the yellow Subaru Impreza with the Lateral Performance specification Turbo Dynamics GT4094R turbo.

And with Lateral’s team also winning trophy for TOTB X Winning Team, they were on top of the world. This, doubled with continued success at Time Attack, round 5 of which was held Cadwell Park, made their weekend.

Although Mick Begley and his car attended TOTB, the car was not quite ready to run. The RB30 OS Geikin 3litre Skyline sports a Turbo Dynamics bespoke modified HKS T62R Anniversary modified by TD and with nitrous injection roars around at 1200HP.
