Littlecombe

Following superb sales performance this summer at Bloor Homes’ Littlecombe development in Dursley, which has seen many houses snapped up along with the last of their apartments, only five houses now remain at this popular Gloucestershire location.

The remaining homes in the final phase of work - all four and five bedroom detached houses - will be completed in time for the buyers to move in before Christmas.

Three unique styles of four-bedroom properties are currently available. These include the Plover style which offers modern living accommodation over three floors for the price of £249,950 and includes an ensuite bathroom. For those who prefer a more traditional two storey home, the Hawfinch and Bullfinch are ideal. The Hawfinch features an ensuite, study, garden room and garage for £269,950; and the Bullfinch - another two-storey four bedroom house - benefits from two ensuites and a garage and is priced £299,950.

Dunlin and Tawny styles are available for those looking for a spacious five bedroom home. Both offering accommodation over three floors are the Dunlin, which has a master bedroom benefiting from en suite shower room and a garage for £319,950, and the Tawny – a similar style of property which has a double garage for £329,950.

All homes at Littlecombe are energy efficient, having an Eco Rating of ‘very good’ which means their owners can help protect the environment while saving on their fuels bills thanks to the high levels of insulation and broad range of features to minimise ecological impact, including highly efficient A-rated boilers.

The location of the development is hard to beat. Dursley offers the best of all worlds – a countryside setting alongside the River Cam and situated beneath the Cotswold Edge. The development is surrounded by woodland and yet it is within easy commuting range of Bristol, Cheltenham and Gloucester thanks to the close proximity of the M5. It is also only a short train journey to Bristol (approx 40 minutes), Gloucester (approx 25 minutes) and Stroud (approx 50 minutes) – from the nearby Cam & Dursley Station.

Sales Adviser, Sally Holt said, “We’ve had an exceptional summer with high demand for our homes, leaving us with just five remaining before the site is completed. The range of property sizes at Littlecombe – from two to five bedroom homes – has generated interest from a wide cross section of buyers which has led to a nice residential mix from local people looking for a new home in the area and those from further afield. We’ve already got interest in our last few homes so if you are considering buying a top quality new home in the area, why don’t you come along and take a look at what’s on offer. We can also tell you about our full value part exchange scheme which has proved popular among those buyers with an existing home to sell.”

For further information call into the on-site marketing suite which is open daily between 10.00am and 5.15pm. Alternatively, why not go online and have a look? You can get more details of all these and other properties in the region by visiting bloorhomes.com.
