Coventry launches new 4 year fixed rate mortgage

Coventry Building Society is launching new fixed rate mortgages including a market leading 4 year fixed rate of 4.49% available up to 85% LTV;

4.49% Fixed Rate until 30.09.2015 - 85% LTV, £199 booking fee, no arrangement fee
4.12% Fixed Rate until 30.09.2014 - 85% LTV, £199 booking fee, £300 arrangement fee
3.99% Fixed Rate until 30.09.2013 - 85% LTV, £199 booking fee, £300 arrangement fee

Each product also includes one basic valuation and a legal package for remortgagors.
