Leading housebuilder Taylor Wimpey has unveiled its brand new four-bedroom ‘Oakley’ property for sale in the West Midlands, which has been created with the help of valuable feedback from purchasers.

This stunning four-bedroom Taylor Wimpey home, available at a number of West Midlands new build homes developments, was created by a team of architects who were challenged to come up with a new housetype based on the results of a customer survey by the leading housebuilder.

Several designs for houses for sale in the West Midlands were conceived on the drawing board, with the ‘Oakley’ selected as the best by Taylor Wimpey’s team of experienced Sales Executives.

As a result, this splendid detached housetype was added to Taylor Wimpey’s portfolio of new homes for sale in the West Midlands and is now selling like hot cakes at selected developments across the region!
