Family fun time at Freshney Green

Residents at Freshney Green in Grimsby had the chance to show off the development to their potential new neighbours during a Linden Homes family fun day.

Young visitors were able to enjoy some summertime fun with a magic show, face painting and a host of other entertainment – while mums and dads had the opportunity to look around the show home and see just what the development had to offer.

Sales advisors Hannah Shepherd and Alex Rymer organised the event. Hannah said: “The afternoon was a huge success and we were delighted with the turnout.

“As well as providing some great fun for the children, we were able to speak to potential buyers who perhaps weren’t fully aware of our great incentives and the savings they can make.”

A range of two and three bedroom homes and two bedroom apartments are currently available at Freshney Green, with prices ranging from £89,950 to £159,950.

The apartments are available on a shared equity scheme where customers own 100 per cent of their new home but pay a percentage of between 50 and 75 per cent of the price.
