Just turn up at Park Central in Birmingham this weekend

7th September 2011 Print

Crest Nicholson will be opening the doors to three show homes at its Park Central development this weekend (10th and 11th September), at what will be the development’s premier open day event.

With no pre-booking required, potential purchasers are being invited to stroll around the luxury one and two bedroom show apartments at Park Central’s Liberty building, which will remain open between 10am and 5pm, over the consecutive days.

Priced from £99,950, the show homes boast contemporary designs with open plan kitchens and living areas, which lead onto spacious balconies overlooking landscaped parkland at the heart of the development. All apartments in the Liberty building benefit from a high internal specification including individually-designed kitchens complete with stainless steel oven, hob and extractor, and integrated appliances. Contemporary bathrooms feature Hansgrohe mixer taps and stylish Porcelanosa tiling, along with Kaldewai enamelled steel baths and chrome towel rails.

Ruth Williams, sales manager for Park Central says: “The number of people viewing apartments at Park Central remains constantly high and, now with three show homes open, this is sure to remain the case. By holding an open weekend, we want to give people, who either haven’t got round to booking an appointment or those just wanting a sneak peak at the properties, the chance to see the stylish and high quality homes on offer.

“The show apartments at Liberty are beautifully decorated, giving those looking round the chance to envisage what their own apartment at Park Central could look like. What’s more, we will be helping purchasers recreate these interiors by giving all visitors the chance to win £500 worth of Ikea vouchers; enough to purchase a three seat leather sofa or even a double bed, duvet, mattress and plenty of cushions!”

A selection of apartments at Park Central are available to purchase through the government’s First Buy scheme* and Crest Nicholson’s EasyBuy scheme*; where you pay just 85 per cent of the price of your new home – a five per cent deposit and 80 per cent mortgage. The remaining 15 per cent share is covered by an equity loan to be paid back at a convenient time. This loan is interest free for the first five years, with a low interest rate fixed at just three per cent APR from the start of year six. The only requirement is that the equity loan is paid back within 10 years of the original completion date; or if you sell the property, the 15 per cent must be repaid at the property’s current open market value.

Ruth continues: “Living in Birmingham city centre may appear an unaffordable dream to many first time buyers but with EasyBuy, Crest Nicholson is opening the door to the property market to those who are struggling to buy their first home. Prices at Park Central currently start from £99,950 but by using EasyBuy qualified house hunters could secure a mortgage on that property for just £79,960 and with a deposit of less than £5,000.”

Bordered by Bath Row and Lee Bank Middleway, and just minutes from The Mailbox, Park Central is an award winning Crest Nicholson development which features an extensive choice of stylish new apartments and townhouses, set around eight acres of landscaped public parkland.
