The site manager of Taylor Wimpey’s Frampton View development of new homes in Rushall has claimed a top award for achieving exceptional building standards at the collection of West Midlands properties.

Taylor Wimpey has cause to celebrate after the site manager at Frampton View, its popular development of properties for sale in Rushall, West Midlands, scooped a prestigious Pride in the Job Quality Award from the National House-Building Council (NHBC).

Following a stringent judging process, involving several inspection visits to the development of new houses in Rushall throughout the year, Keith Wiggin became one of just 65 Taylor Wimpey site managers around the UK to receive the honour.

And having seen off competition from more than 13,000 entries, Keith was delighted that his team’s hard work in constructing the stunning West Midlands properties at Frampton View had been recognised.

While the Quality Awards reward the work put into a development, aspiring buyers of new build homes in Rushall can be assured that they also mark out Frampton View as a top-quality development.

Keith says: “The whole team at Frampton View takes great pride in what they do and we work extremely hard to ensure that any new properties in Rushall we build are completed to the highest possible standards. I’m delighted to have won this award and to have been recognised by the industry in this way.”

Ian Smith, Managing Director of Taylor Wimpey North Midlands, adds: “Our commitment to maintaining the highest levels of quality, service and customer care has ensured that we continue to be an NHBC award-winning housebuilder year after year. Keith’s award is thoroughly deserved and we’ll all be supporting him as he progresses through to the regional heats of the Pride in the Job awards, and hopefully the grand final.”

The only awards scheme that recognises the significant contribution of site managers in new home construction, Pride in the Job has been instrumental in raising the build quality of new homes in the UK for over three decades.

The regional events take place in the autumn, with the Supreme Awards gala final being held in January 2012, the NHBC’s 75th anniversary year.

Stylish two-bedroom apartments and starter homes are priced from just £84,995 at Frampton View, while spacious three-bedroom houses are available from only £135,995.

The development enjoys an excellent location in the well-served village of Rushall, close to local schools, shops and pubs and home to the ruins of a beautiful ancient manor house and the regal Rushall Hall.

Walsall town centre, located two miles to the south of Frampton View, offers a wider selection of shops, cafes and restaurants, plus a variety of schools for children of all ages and the well-regarded Walsall College.

A £1 billion regeneration, due for completion in 2015, includes the stylish Waterfront canalside project, while the town is already home to numerous sports clubs and facilities, plus Crown Wharf Shopping Park, with its array of leading high street shops, and IKEA Wednesbury, less than five miles from the development.

Fine countryside lies to the north of Frampton View, with pleasant walks, particularly along Rushall Canal, which forms part of the historic Birmingham Canal Navigations.

A wealth of employment and further leisure opportunities is just minutes from home via Rushall’s excellent transport links – including the M6 and Walsall railway station for direct services to Birmingham New Street and Wolverhampton.

The development is just 10 miles from Birmingham city centre, nine miles from Cannock and Wolverhampton and eight miles from the cathedral city of Lichfield.
