Reserve a new home for less in Halifax
People looking for a brand new home in Halifax could find they are able to move sooner than they expected thanks to Redrow.
A new, low reservation fee, coupled with the help of HomeBuy Direct, means homes at Wheatley Chase are very affordably priced.

The balance comes in the shape of an equity loan jointly funded by Redrow and the government, which is interest free for the first five years. Purchasers should also need a much smaller deposit than usual.
Designed to help those who would otherwise be priced out of the property ladder, customers must have an annual household income of less than £60,000 to be eligible.
