Miller Homes announces Deansleigh expansion plans
Award-winning housebuilder Miller Homes East Midlands has unveiled plans for the second phase of its popular Deansleigh development in Lincoln.
The site, which is located on the Northern edge of the town, just off Nene Road, has views of the Cathedral and has proved a hit with househunters since opening its doors last year.
Phase two of the development consists of a number of two and three-bedroomed new homes, with prices ranging from £117,950 - £169,950.

“This is an initiative designed to help first time buyers into affordable home ownership, providing them with confidence and security,” added Ann.
“Those qualifying will be able to purchase 100 per cent of selected properties by paying up to 80 per cent of the value now, with both ourselves and the Government equally funding the remaining 20 per cent in the form of an equity loan.”
Amongst the properties under construction as part of the new phase of the Deansleigh development is the Rydal style townhouse. This two-bedroomed property ranges from £117,950 - £119,950 and includes a parking space and attractive French doors.
Another highlight is the three-bedroomed, detached Kipling style property. Priced at £169,950, this spacious home boasts a feature staircase, dual French doors and an en-suite shower room.
