New developments underway for Taylor Wimpey East Scotland

Taylor Wimpey East Scotland is delighted to announce the opening of four new developments offering a total of 277 family homes across the east of Scotland over the next two months. The first development is already well underway and now open for sale at Abbey Grange in Arbroath.
Abbey Grange is the company’s first development in the east coast fishing town famous for its ‘Arbroath Smokies’ and already customers are impressed with the 50 three and four bedroom homes already under construction. Prices here start from £169,750 for the three bedroom Chalmers.
New developments are also planned for Kelty in Fife where a mix of 47 two, three, and four bedroom homes will open later this month, plus the company is also planning an impressive development of 81 two, three, four and five bedroom homes in Armadale as part of the £200m Armadale Station Community Development. Finally for this year, Ochil Gardens in Alloa will offer 49 three and four bedroom homes and is planned to open in October.
