There are further signs that confidence is continuing to increase in Lincolnshire’s new homes market with the announcement that just three properties remain at Miller Homes’ Falcon Heath development.

The site in the historic village of Dunholme has proved a hit with buyers across Lincolnshire, mainly due to its rural location, close proximity to excellent schools and convenient transport links to nearby Lincoln, Nottingham and the rest of the East Midlands.

Now, with just three properties remaining, those looking to make a move are being urged to act quickly to avoid missing out.

“Falcon Heath has that enviable combination of a fantastic location, great local amenities, a strong sense of community and affordable prices,” commented Ann Crick, sales director for Miller Homes in the East Midlands.

“The past few months in particular has seen a real surge in interest at the development, clearly demonstrating the growing confidence in the market that is being seen across the region.”

Amongst the remaining properties are the five-bedroomed, detached Appleby and Dunston house-types, both available for £324,950. The Appleby boasts a striking angular wing and benefits from a spacious kitchen and family room, as well as two en-suite shower rooms. The Dunston has a superb conservatory-style breakfast area and a large lounge, complete with a welcoming fireplace.

The final remaining property is the five-bedroomed Kexby. Priced at £339,950, the property includes an integral double garage, a large study and a lounge featuring dual-aspect windows.

“These properties are the ideal family homes,” concluded Ann. “At Miller Homes, we pride ourselves on offering a range of purchase incentives to make sure that dream homes become an affordable and secure reality, and I’m pleased to say that MiSwap is available on each of the properties remaining at Falcon Heath.”

The MiSwap Home Exchange scheme is unique to Miller Homes and marks a radical departure from traditional part exchange. Rather than requiring a home owner to purchase a property worth at least 30 per cent more than their existing home, MiSwap allows buyers to swap their old home for a brand new Miller Home, even if there is no difference between the value of the two, subject to a qualifying criteria.

For more information on the last reaming properties at Falcon Heath visit the sales centre, open Friday to Sunday 10.30am to 5.30pm and Thursdays 11.30am to 6.30pm. Alternatively, visit millerhomes.co.uk.
