How would you spend £1,000 cash? Would you put it towards a holiday? Buy a new car? Or simply save it for a rainy day?

This is a question that residents in Northampton could be asking themselves if they refer a friend who goes on to buy a new home with five star housebuilder, David Wilson South Midlands.

Through its recommend a friend initiative, David Wilson will award residents who refer a friend or member of the family who goes on to buy a new home at any of its developments throughout the area.

And the process is simple; If you know someone who is looking to move, visit the David Wilson sales office, fill out a recommend a friend form and if they go on to buy a property with the housebuilder then you could be eligible for this special cash prize.

The Anstee family have recently received the cash bonus after referring friends who went on to buy a new at the David Wilson development they were living at.

Jacqui Anstee, 35, comments “We were actually recommended to David Wilson by a friend and we were so happy with our new home and the exceptional service that we received that we subsequently recommended the company to two further friends who went on to buy at the same development.

“The £1,000 has come in extremely handy as we were able to put it towards new blinds for the whole house. Better still, as well as a cash incentive, we’ve also had our best friends move in next door which is the icing on the cake as far as our new home is concerned. ”

Jackie Day, Sales Director at David Wilson, comments “It’s no coincidence that we’ve been named as a five star homebuilder for the second consecutive year which confirms that over 90 per cent of our customers would recommend us to family and friends, so you can be sure that if you do refer us to friends, then they will be in safe hands.

“You don’t need to be an existing David Wilson home owner to take advantage of this scheme, anyone can apply and the £1,000 cash incentive will no doubt be a welcome addition to the bank account, particularly during the current climate. Visit our sales office and speak to the sales adviser to find out more.”
