Show home ‘goes large’ in Nuneaton

Would-be home owners in Nuneaton can ‘try’ a new home for size this weekend.

Being able to see and feel a fully furnished property is important to many before they make what is probably their biggest lifetime purchase and developer Redrow is happy to invest in quality show homes which demonstrate the full potential of their homes.

Eliot’s View has been a popular choice with homebuyers since its launch in summer 2010. While earlier phases consisted mainly of two and three-bedroom homes, the latest stage of the development includes some larger four-bedroom detached designs.

And to showcase the new release, Redrow is opening a brand new four-bedroom ‘Cambridge’ show home this weekend (September 24 / 25).

It’s spacious family home, representative of the latest properties available at Eliot’s View.

Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands), explained: “The show homes we opened when we launched the development gave visitors an idea of the quality and finish they could expect from our New Heritage Collection. Now that we’re building larger family homes we wanted customers to be able to appreciate the different layouts and see the true potential of the space available.

“Professionally styled by interior designers, the ‘Cambridge’ will help them picture these properties as lived-in family homes.”

The ‘Cambridge’, with its traditional bay window, is a prime example of how the architecture of the Arts and Crafts movements has inspired the design of Redrow’s New Heritage Collection. And while from the outside it enjoys the ‘character’ of an older property, inside it is bright, modern and full of family friendly features.

“Probably the most popular feature of the ‘Cambridge’ is its bright and spacious, open plan kitchen, dining and family area, which spans the whole width of the house and has patio doors on to the garden. It’s the ideal place for families to spend quality time together and is equally well suited to those who love to entertain; while the separate lounge at the front of the property enjoys a sense of privacy and is perfect for more formal entertaining,” Pauline added.

“Our New Heritage Collection kitchens are well equipped with integrated top brand name appliances, tall cabinets and extra wide drawers that offer plenty of storage; while family bathrooms and en-suites enjoy quality fixtures and fittings and a tile range that’s exclusive to Redrow.”

Four-bedroom ‘Cambridge’ family homes, similar to the show home, are almost ready to move into and are priced at £219,995.

Those seeking a smaller home can still find what they want at Eliot’s View, where some two and three-bedroom properties are still available with prices from as little as £99,950.

Located close to the A444 and A5, the development is close to Nuneaton town centre and also boasts good transport links so is well placed for commuting to Coventry, Atherstone and Hinckley.

Visit Eliot’s View from this weekend (September 24 -25) to be among the first to see inside the new show home.
