Kempinski Hotel Barbaros Bay launches new fitness programmes

Invigorate your mind and kick start your fitness with the help of three new fitness programmes from the Aegean's glorious hideaway, Kempinski Hotel Barbaros Bay. Not just ideal for those who want to boost energy levels and tone their body, the packages will also balance and refresh the mind. The packages have been designed to combine both soothing spa treatments with physical exercise in the hotel's exclusive Six Senses Spa and Fitness Centre; guests will leave feeling fit, healthy and ready for the winter months ahead.

Kempinski Hotel Barbaros Bay is situated on one the most enchanting bays of the Aegean, close to Bodrum. The packages, available in three day, five day and seven day options are available from 600 Turkish Lira (approximately £235*), excluding accommodation. All packages include full use of the 5,500 square metre Six Senses Spa, complete with indoor pool, sauna room, steam room and the Turkish Bath.

Three Day Package

Guests will undergo a three day fitness package with a personal trainer creating a bespoke indoor and outdoor exercise programme. Guests will also enjoy the benefits of a deep tissue sports massage and foot acupressure during the three day programme, reenergising the body and mind.

Full duration of the three day package: 4 hours and 40 minutes,  600 Turkish Lira (approximately £235)

Five Day Package

The Five Day Package is comprised of three sections of Boot Camp training, one Hatha yoga lesson and one strength training session all with a personal trainer. Following the exercise guests will enjoy a deep tissue massage, foot acupressure and Indian head massage.

Full duration of the five day package: 6 hours and 50 minutes, 950 Turkish Lira (approximately £373)

Seven Day Package

Guests will boost their fitness with this seven day fitness package with two sessions of boot camp training, two sessions of circuit training, one session of strength training and two sessions of Hatha Yoga. Following this, guests can unwind and relax those sore muscles with a deep tissue massage, Shiatsu, oriental Massage and foot acupressure.

Full duration of the Seven Day Package: 10 hours and 20 minutes, 1300 Turkish Lira (approximately £510)

Daily holistic activity, light refreshments including green salads, fresh fruit juices and herbal teas are available throughout the spa journey.
