There are three good reasons to race down to Fox’s Fold in Barton upon Humber, this Sunday (October 2), where Redrow is hosting a Formula 1 themed event.

Family tickets to the British Grand Prix are up for grabs in a free prize draw, visitors will be able to have their photographs taken with lookalikes of Lewis Hamilton and Jenson Button, plus those who reserve a brand new home this month could have their Humber Bridge tolls paid for three years.

At current rates, for someone who works a five-day week, 48 weeks of the year, that’s a massive saving of £1,296 every year.

Patsy Aicken, sales director for Redrow Homes (Yorkshire), commented: “Location and affordability are two of the main factors to consider when purchasing a new home. Those who already live south of the Humber Bridge, but commute daily to the north side, may be considering moving to reduce their outgoings; while those who currently live and work north of the bridge could be keen to move close to some beautiful countryside but want to mitigate some of the travel costs.

“Our special offer will work for both.”

The bridge toll incentive applies to all homes reserved at Fox’s Fold, on Tofts Road, Barton, before October 31st.

Anyone who visits the development in Tofts Road between noon and 4pm on Sunday (October 2nd) will be entered into a free prize draw to win one of three one-day family tickets to the 2012 British Grand Prix at Silverstone.

Visitors will also be able to have their photograph taken with lookalikes of Maclaren team mates Lewis Hamilton (Wendel Silva Viera) and Jenson Button (Nick Lancaster).

“Because Fox’s Fold features family homes it’s only fitting that we offer a prize that can be enjoyed by all of the family,” Patsy added.

“Our new homes boast a high specification as standard and won’t require lots of DIY, repairs or renovations when people move in. A day out at Silverstone watching the Grand Prix is just one of the many ways that families could use the extra time they’ll have to spend together when they move to a home that’s easy to manage and efficient to run.”

Fox’s Fold features a choice of two, three and four-bedroom homes. Priced from £93,995 to £215,995, some of the properties are almost ready to move into.

To help get people moving, Redrow is offering a choice of incentives including HomeBuy Direct – which reduces the initial outlay for those earning less than £60,000 per annum – and part-exchange for those who have an existing property to sell.

To find out more about how Redrow could help you buy your dream home and to enjoy the fun of the Formula 1 event, visit Fox’s Fold this Sunday (October 2).
