Santander extends Loyal Mover mortgage range and cuts fees

Santander is extending its Loyal Mover range for existing Santander mortgage customers who are looking to move home.

The lender is launching a new three year fix at 85 per cent LTV exclusively for Loyal Movers, at 4.09 per cent with no fee. Santander is also offering £500 off fees on its other Loyal Mover products.

In addition it has also launched two new two year fix deals exclusively for Current Account customers:

New two year fix at 70 per cent LTV, available to all homebuyers and remortgagors, at 2.65 per cent with £745 fee

New two year fix at 75 per cent LTV, available to all homebuyers and remortgagors, at 2.79 per cent with £745 fee

Both the above products come with either the Homebuyer or Remortgage Solution respectively. The Homebuyer Solution offers borrowers the added benefits of a free standard mortgage valuation and £250 cashback on completion, while the Remortgage Solution offers a free standard mortgage valuation, and either free legals or £250 cashback on completion.
