An offer that will change your life at Miller Homes

7th October 2011 Print

Miller Homes, the UK’s largest independent housebuilder, is set to hold a one-off, special promotion weekend that will see tens of thousands of pounds slashed off homes across the East of Scotland. MiPrice will run on selected plots, across eight developments, for one weekend only, from 15th to 16th October.

With 75 years’ experience of building quality homes and creating communities, the company firmly believes that new homes have never been more affordable and that now is the time to buy.

To reinforce that message, next week (week beg 10th Oct), Miller Homes will reveal discounts that will significantly cut the already competitive prices of selected Miller homes throughout the MiPrice weekend.

Anne Marie Britton, Sales Director for Scotland East, explains: “We know there’s never been a better time to buy a new home. But people are hesitating, put off by negative headlines about mortgages and by a mistaken belief that they can’t afford to move or get on the housing ladder.

“This one-off MiPrice weekend aims to change those perceptions and give buyers confidence to purchase their Miller Home. Not only will prices be low across a range of styles and sizes of Miller homes, our housebuyers will also be pleasantly surprised to see how much more they get for their money by buying new.

“We know from potential househunters who visit our sites, they are keen to move but need an extra incentive to persuade them to do it now. As one of the UK’s most established housebuilders, we are happy to put our money where our mouth is and help potential buyers secure their dream home.

Price cuts will be revealed next week and the special promotion will run in the following Miller Homes developments:

Fife: Primrose Hill, Rosyth
Balbirnie Bridge, Markinch
Crystal Gait, Glenrothes
Regents Park, Crossgates

Stirling: Doune Riggs, Doune

Edinburgh: Varcity South, Crewe Road South
Bonnington, Tinto Place

Dundee: Ferryfields, Broughty Ferry
