For those looking for a safe haven to escape the trickery of Halloween and are looking for a new home, then pay a visit to Persimmon’s latest development in Wolverhampton, Abbot’s Field, where the leading local housebuilder is offering a host of treats.

For those that reserve between 31st October and 14th November, the company is offering free fitted carpets, turf to the rear garden plus £500 towards legal fees.

Visitors will also be able to view the recently launched showhome, a three bedroom traditional Brockton design that encompasses style and quality matched with a top specification and a great location.

The Brockton, which comprises a welcoming entrance hallway and a good sized lounge, also has a beautiful kitchen and dining area which is ideal for informal entertaining or socialising as it has the added benefit of French doors leading to the rear garden. There is also a handy guest cloakroom and storage cupboard located on this floor.

Upstairs the master bedroom incorporates an en suite shower room and the two further double bedrooms are serviced by the family bathroom.

Claire Jarvis, sales and marketing director of Persimmon Homes West Midlands, comments: “We know that many first time buyers still believe that they can’t afford to step onto the property ladder but if they pay us a visit, they will be pleasantly surprised to find that the new Government backed FirstBuy scheme could be just their solution.

“What’s more, to mark Halloween, we’re offering a host of treats to homebuyers on selected properties including free fitted carpets, turf to the rear garden and £500 towards legal fees. I urge those interested in buying a new home to hurry to avoid disappointment.”

The new Government FirstBuy is helping thousands of first time buyers make that all important first move into a brand new home. Offered through an equity loan of up to 20% of the property’s purchase price. The loan is split equally between the Homes and Communities Agency and Persimmon Homes, with purchasers required to secure funding (a mortgage plus deposit) of at least 80% of the purchase price.

Claire concludes: “With interest rates still remaining low, mortgage lending criteria easing, there’s no better time to buy. And, with our host of additional extras being offered over the next couple of weeks, what a treat for yourself, a brand new home.”

Abbot’s Field currently hosts a selection of three and four bedroom homes with prices starting at £110,360 through the FirstBuy scheme. Persimmon’s Finishing Touches is also available which offers a host of additional extras whereby homebuyers can personalise their new home by choosing from an array of options including floorings, fixtures and fittings to create a unique environment.

It’s an exciting development situated in Ettingshall Road in Wolverhampton and, as Persimmon’s newest development in the region, house buyers are urged to act quickly to avoid disappointment if they want to reserve their ideal spot on the development.

Conveniently located close to a wide range of local amenities, the development is ideal for people wanting to live and work in the area, and being just a short drive from Wolverhampton City centre, buyers can enjoy the best of both worlds. This development also suits commuters needing to have easy access to the national motorway network with the M54, M5 and M6 motorways only a short distance away.
