Manheim debuts new Volkswagen EOS Volkswagen’s new Eos coupé-cabriolet made a huge impact on the used market when it appeared at a recent Manheim Auctions Bristol closed sale.

Six cars were snapped up making an average 96.8% of list price (including options). The star performer on the day was a low mileage, 06-registered Sport 2.0-litre T-FSI 200 PS Eos in silver, which sold for £28,900 or 99.6% of list price (including options).

Also included in the sale were seven Volkswagen Touaregs from the Professional Cricketers Association (PCA) and one from the David Beckham Academy. All vehicles were sold, achieving an average of 108% of CAP clean.

The top performing Touareg on the day was England Cricketer, Simon Jones’ Altitude 3.0-litre V6 TDI automatic, with 15,174 miles, selling for £33,100 or 113.6% of CAP clean.

Sarah Pepworth, Manheim’s Manufacturer Sales Director said: “We were bowled over by the success of the sale and the incredibly strong prices achieved on the Eos.”

A total of 150 Volkswagens were sold on the day, achieving an average of 104.8% of CAP clean.
