Jason and Sally move on up and Linden Homes move on out at Louth

Linden Homes has marked the end of an era in Louth – with the final home sold to existing residents who are moving up the housing ladder!

Three years ago, Jason Maltby and Sally Smith were first time buyers at the Aspire development in Louth, moving into their cosy two-bedroom coach house apartment.

With plans to marry, and hopes of a starting a family in the future, the couple have now part exchanged their coach house for a fabulous four-bedroom family home on the same development – and snapping up the final Aspire property.

Linden Homes has now bid a fond farewell to the development and the many residents who have bought at, and moved to, Aspire over the years – not least Sally (24) and Jason (25).

Sally said: “This development has been our home for the past three years, and we have met some lovely friends and neighbours. We were so excited to be able to buy a bigger house – literally just around the corner – through part exchange. It means we have more space for a family one day in the future, we are still close to friends and neighbours and our places of work.”

Part exchange is available at a number of Linden Homes developments across Grimsby, Hull and East Yorkshire.

If you are a homeowner and are eligible for part exchange, here’s what happens: 

Linden Homes will arrange for at least two independent valuations of your existing home and will make you an offer based on their suggestions. 

Once you agree the offer, and subject to satisfactory surveys, Linden Homes becomes your buyer, freeing you up to put in reservation on your new home. 

After that, it's a case of setting a moving-in date, boxing up your things, and basking in the relief of a quick chain-free move to the home of your dreams. 

You can stay in your existing home until your new one is ready.
