As homes sell out at Redrow’s latest development in Ipswich, the company pledges it commitment to providing high quality new homes in the area.

Now sold out, new homes at Bramford Gardens in Ipswich proved popular with a variety of homebuyers, who appreciated the stylish homes coupled with a quiet location, within easy reach of local amenities.

However, Redrow is keen to build on its success locally and is actively looking for land opportunities with the same desirable combination in and around Suffolk.

Chris Sparks, land director for Redrow Homes (Eastern), said: “Building quality new homes in great locations is a recipe for success that we apply to all our new developments in the South East.

“When looking for new land opportunities location is everything. Every time a development sells out we celebrate it as further proof that we have found the right combination of providing the homes people want to live in, where they want to live.”

So, potential purchasers with designs on a new lifestyle in a brand new home will be delighted to hear Redrow has stated its desire to build more homes in the Ipswich area and other parts of Suffolk.

There’s also still plenty of choice at existing Redrow developments, including superb family homes in Maldon and Loughton, in Essex, Tonbridge and Maidstone, in Kent, and Hailsham, East Sussex. Details of these and many more can be found online at redrow.co.uk.
