Market Rasen home hunters fly in from around the world

Market Rasen is fast becoming a magnet for international house hunters – with buyers jetting in from around the world to snap up a new home.

During the past few weeks, Linden Homes has welcomed visitors and buyers from as far away as Hong Kong, Fiji, America and Europe to the popular De Aston Park development.

And while prices start from £109,950, customers using Linden Homes’ Easy Start shared equity scheme will pay just £87,960.

Under the scheme, buyers own 100 per cent of their new home but pay just 80 per cent of the price. The remaining 20 per cent is met by a Linden Homes repayable loan.

As well as the two-bedroom homes, a variety of three-bedroom homes are also available – due for completion between December 2011 and May 2012.
