MORE TH>N launches online claims service
Leading car insurer MORE TH>N has launched its new eClaims service that enables customers to track their claim from registration to completion online.
The new eClaims service will provide customers with regular automatic updates about the status of their claim either by text, email or by logging on to the MORE TH>N website. These free regular updates will mean that customers will no longer need to contact the call centre to check the progress of their claim.
The service was launched after extensive research amongst MORE TH>N customers to see how we could further improve our claims handling service.
Ian Thompson, UK Personal Motor Claims Director said: "We regularly ask our customers how we can make their lives easier. We want to make sure we're communicating with our customers in ways that are convenient to them and this new service offers a flexible, time saving, efficient way for our customers to stay up to date with their claim.
"Our aim is to get our customers moving and give them the crucial support they need, while taking the stress out of an already difficult situation."
