Earn £1,000 with Miller Homes to spend in 2012

19th December 2011 Print

Everyone knows someone thinking of moving. But for simply referring a friend, who goes on to buy a new home at any of Miller Homes’ developments in the East of Scotland, there’s the ultimate treat of £1000 in the house builder’s “Refer a Friend” promotion.

To be £1000 better off, go online to millerhomes.co.uk/promo/raf, print off the “Refer a Friend” voucher and complete it with your details, then hand it to your friend.

On the housebuyer’s first visit to their chosen Miller Homes development in Edinburgh, Fife, Dundee, Stirling or Blairgowrie, they hand the voucher to the Sales Adviser.

Then, once they’ve legally completed on their new Miller Home, a £1000 cheque is issued to the person who made the referral. It doesn’t even need to be a friend – it could be a family member or work colleague. As long as the “Refer a Friend” voucher is used and they buy a Miller home, that’s all it takes to snap up £1000.

Anne Marie Britton, sales director for Miller Homes Scotland East, said: “It’s a win-win situation. January can be a bit a gloomy as the excitement of Christmas and New Year has passed, the weather is miserable and the credit card bill lands on the doorstep. But what better way to cheer flagging spirits than to have an extra £1000 in people’s bank accounts that they can use to pay bills, or treat themselves to a shopping spree in the sales?

“It doesn’t have to be a friend that is being referred; it could be a family member, a work colleague or even someone from the gym – just as long as long as both parties know each other and the housebuyer uses the “Refer a Friend” voucher when buying a Miller Home. That’s all it takes for their friend to be £1000 better off.”

Miller Homes offers a range of one to five bedroom homes, with prices to suit all pockets, and appeals to a range of househunters, including first time buyers, upsizers and downsizers, as well as investors.

Participating developments are: Ferryfields (Dundee), Rosemount Meadows (Blairgowrie), Doune Riggs (Stirling), Crystal Gait (Glenrothes), Balbirnie Bridge (Markinch), Primrose Hill (Rosyth), Regents Park (Crossgates), Bonnington (Edinburgh), Varcity South (Edinburgh) and Varcity North (Edinburgh).

Prices for a brand new Miller home start at just £93,000 for a two bedroom apartment.
