Orchard Gate welcomes new resident Councillor Mendoza

The Mendoza’s are very familiar with the Shoreham area having previously lived near Shoreham beach. Cllr Mendoza takes up his post as the Mayor of Shoreham next year and wanted to take this opportunity to move into Orchard Gate to be closer to his ward to become more accessible to his voters.

Cllr Mendoza had known about the development for many years having been on the Council’s Planning Committee when it was in the process of being approved.
