Leading housebuilder David Wilson Mercia has opened two new show apartments at its Churchfields Place development on All Saint's Way in West Bromwich, to give buyers a vision of the space they have to work with.

The show apartments have been professionally styled by interior specialist Claude Hooper and offer buyers an excellent chance to see how their apartment could take shape at the development before reserving one of their own.

"We're delighted that we have our Cheshire- and Gould-style show apartments on view for potential purchasers at Churchfields Place" comments Rita Tyler, Sales Manager or David Wilson Mercia. "Our new show apartments are perfect for first time buyers who would like to see how their new home could look here and we're delighted to offer homebuyers a first look.

"We've chosen our Cheshire- and Gould- properties as they showcase all of the fantastic features our apartments have, these are great homes for first time buyers and they will be surprised at how spacious our apartments are."

The Cheshire is a one-bedroom apartment with an open plan living/kitchen/dining area, a built in wardrobe to the master bedroom and a separate bathroom. In this show apartment there is a modern brown leather New York style sofa, accompanied by other walnut and white furniture and chrome lighting has been fitted throughout this apartment. The art work includes city scopes and modern black and white photography.

The Gould is a two-bedroom apartment with an open plan living/kitchen/dining room with French doors leading to a balcony, a spacious master bedroom with en-suite, another bedroom and separate bathroom. Throughout this show apartment modern walnut and glass furniture has been used to give it a light airy feel. Peacock and aqua are the colours that have been used mixed with bright white.

Churchfields Place has an NHBC award winning site manager and offers a range of three-, four- and five-bedroom houses priced from £190,000.
