Job Description
A superb role is offered within an International finance company (Asset Management) in their Marbella office. The role is unique in that for the majority of the month you will be working in an "all round" company administration capacity, dealing with international clients, banks and suppliers as well as all local administration duties including providing day to day support to the Director.
The role changes dramatically for the final week of each month and becomes much more Accounts based. You will be liaising closely with the banks, ensuring transfers of funds are correctly allocated and providing an accurate summary of all financial activities within the company.
You will, therefore, have worked within an Accountancy or Banking background, ideally with some International banking experience. You should be very proficient with spreadsheets, able to use Accountancy software (training will be provided) and have a good attention to detail.

You will need to speak, and write, perfect English and Spanish , and ideally French.

The company are able to provide you with an exceptionally flexible working approach in that you may be able to work from home part of the week, or if you prefer there is the use of the local office in Marbella.

The role is Autonomo and will pay a salary of between €35-50,000 pa.
