Job Description
Our client is searching for a full time Company Administrator to join the Company Management team. You will be a self motivated team player and must be able to work under pressure. A minimum of 2 years experience in company administration is essential, with particular emphasis on general company administration for example due diligence and compliance requirements and setting up offshore companies.

The following skills are essential:

• Previous experience in Company Administration
• Previous Due Diligence and Compliance experience
• Previous banking experience (preferable but not essential)
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office & Windows
• Prior experience with Viewpoint Administrator
• Ability to work well in a team

Salary will be £15k to £20k and commensurate with experience
