Rugby Ltd is part of the successful RMC Group and is one of the world's leading producers of cement.

The position:
* Provide maintenance service for all plant and equipment.
* Carry out repairs, recommend modifications and eliminate causes to improve plant/equipment performance.
* Carry out routine maintenance and fault-finding
* Carry out repairs and adjustments requiring 'cross discipline' skills to the level authorised.
* Provide support as part of a team.

The person:
* Time-served apprentice/NVQ Level 3, ideally with BTEC HNC qualification.
* Plant maintenance experience with sound diagnostic skills.
* Ability to work without close supervision.
* Effective team player with good communication skills.
* Flexible.
