Job Description
An exceptional role within a North American software company newly established in Malaga :

Summary:
Product Managers are responsible for defining and delivering the product roadmap for their business channel. Working with the Channel Manager and other stakeholders to determine business requirements, the Product Manager creates and delivers a product vision to meet those requirements and works with Product Development and other departments to ensure that the vision is realized. This person will also be responsible for organizing the product roll-out, coordinating with any marketing strategies, making sure that user testing is sufficient, and ensuring that staff training is in place.
Responsibilities:
• Development of product strategies, alliances, product roadmaps, business case, market requirement documents, and product requirement documents for all product (and services) lines across all business channels.
• Alignment of product development with business strategy.
• Identification and evaluation of new market opportunities and the product requirements for success in those markets.
• Enhancement of existing product lines as well as the definition and launch of new product lines.
• Supervise the development of qualitative and quantitative research.
Requirements:
• 10 years experience in the sports betting business.
• Strong experience managing a team toward common goals and achievements.
• Ability to communicate and gain support for product and project vision.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and principles of design.
• University degree in business or computer science or combination or relevant business experience and education.
• Strong business acumen.
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to effectively set and manage expectations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to make clear concise decisions.
• Ability to capture and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ability to translate business requirements into detailed functional design using Use Cases / UML.
• Ability to perform User Acceptance testing.
• Understanding and experience of Agile methods.
• Project or Programme Management experience would be an advantage.
