Job Description
An exceptional role within a North American software company newly established in Malaga :

Responsibilities:
• Participate in creative brainstorming.
• Research user requirements through customer visits and discussions with key stakeholders.
• Define and develop project objectives, implementing project milestones in conjunction with Creative Producers and stakeholders.
• Apply user interaction principles to work, demonstrating an accomplished understanding of user centered design.
• Conceptual development of mood boards, developing photographic style and typographic treatment.
• Produce conceptual storyboards, site grids, and interface demos to communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Work creatively within a team of User Experience specialists to accomplish project goals.
• Establish design standards in collaboration with Lead Interface Developers.
• Develop style guidelines to allow easy usage for other designers.
• Work with Software Developers to ensure correct implementation of designs.
• Present design ideas to project team/client.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of professional experience working in interactive design.
• Design portfolio demonstrating passion and enthusiasm for multi-discipline design techniques including graphic design and user interface design.
• Ability to manage the concept, production, and delivery of complex design projects from inception to completion with limited supervision.
• Ability to communicate and maintain consistent and compelling visual style.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast. paced environment.
• Ability to develop and adhere to requirements.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience leading and mentoring small teams.
• Degree or diploma in digital based design
