Job Description
Our client is searching for a Team Leader Marketing Promotions to work in this varied and rewarding marketing role within a leading online gaming community. As a team leader of Marketing Executives you will manage the configuration and delivery a wide range of promotions for a variety of online gaming products. This is a great opportunity for a committed and organised team player to lead the team and make a real impact on our business and their career.

You will be responsible for –

Managing the Creation and maintenance of tournaments across Poker and Backgammon lobbies and cash games in Poker lobby
Working with advanced segmentation in our campaign management / delivery system
Managing client messaging across all gaming products
Taking ownership of a promotion once signed off from marketing team, implementing it via several channels and providing feedback to requesting teams
Communicating with technical teams to continually improve the tools we use
Configuring bonus system
building and implementing process and quality control measures.

You will be –

Online Gaming experience in a marketing function.
Educated to degree level ( or equivalent )
IT Literate including Windows, IE and Excel (HTML desirable)
Experience using Unica Affinium Campaign an advantage
Analytical with excellent communication skills
English language skills to a business standard
Campaign management and quality control management experience
Experience in managing a team of at least 5 individuals

Salary is £30k – £40k
