Job Description
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a product manager with great technical knowledge to help further improve our efforts converting people to real money players. This role would be ideal for a creative person who enjoys coming up with innovative solutions by using the latest technologies.

The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:

• Generate new product ideas, enhancements to existing products and accept product related requests from internal and external requestor groups
• Taking responsibility for scoping requirements, managing deliverables and User Interface Testing ( UAT ) prior to launch
• Develop and own the product roadmap for Conversion which involves analysing and prioritizing projects, determining the product effort and negotiating launch timeframes with development teams
• Creating functional specifications, conducing specification reviews with requestor groups and development teams and acting as the main contact during the software development and implementation phases
• Interface with Tech, project management, UI, Marketing/PR and other functions to drive timely, seamless and successful rollouts/launches
• Defining, tracking and improving KPI metrics by seeking continuous improvement to our existing product offering
• Conducting and maintaining up to date competitor analysis to identify areas of opportunity
• Document quality/quantity, excellent coordination and communication of own Product

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in both a technical and marketing background, with knowledge of online media, tools & technology.
• Proven product management experience including the creation of detailed functional specifications
• Excellent track record of developing, launching, and optimizing online or connected e-products
• Technical understanding of web production / client server environment essential
• Experience with the full product launch cycle from conception and design, through to launch and ongoing product management.

Desirable

• User Interface design experience preferred with an understanding of web interfaces and conversion and retention processes.
• Previous experience within an online gambling or online media company.
• Software user interface development, functional specification development in Visio and online or offline gaming industry
• Familiar with latest industry developments regarding web 2.0, open source, online tools and related technologies.

Salary is circa £50k
