You have the opportunity to join a major force in the UK independent Dealer market (Telco).

Due to an internal promotion we are now looking to appoint two Field Support Executives to train within and audit the dealer channel in the South East and the Midlands.

This field-based role requires total dedication and commitment in meeting the constant demands of this dynamic and fast paced industry. You will need to be customer responsive in offering a ‘hands on’ approach in dealing with your portfolio's day-to-day inquiries.

You will be expected to work individually offering an excellent degree of initiative and self-motivation whilst becoming a valuable team player within a small busy team

You will execute business strategies, which will positively influence the volume, profit and quality of business generated. This will take the form of:
· The training and presentation of products, polices and procedures whereby the ability to communicate at all levels is essential.
· The implementation of procedures in order to improve dealers’ business process
· Quality control: -The monitoring and analysis of the quality of dealer business ensuring quality standards are met. This will involve on site dealer auditing for which a methodical and analytical approach is needed
· Sales and marketing:-Develop an awareness of the mobile phone market especially the business movements of your portfolio.
· The ideal candidate will be results driven, have excellent communication skills, be self motivated, confident, analytical and have the ability to work on own initiative.

You must have a minimum of 12 months field experience in a fast paced environment, ideally within Telecoms, previous experience of training groups of people is essential, ideally within a retail/store environment. This is an ideal opportunity for Mobile Phone Store Managers to progress into a field/area role.
