Job Description
We are currently recruiting on behalf of the largest home improvement and garden centre retailer in the UK and Europe and the third largest in the world.

I am looking for a Department Manager to look after about 5-6 members of staff within the department. This is a really good opportunity for an experienced Manager/Supervisor/Team Leader who is looking for their ‘next step’.

The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:

· To always maintain excellent customer service, and to instil this in your staff.
· To be able to deal with customer complaints where your staff can’t.
· To be able to handle a large, pressurised environment
· To be able to plan and organise your teams’ week

The hours of work are 39 hrs per week, and you will work 5/7 days.
