People looking for a home that enjoys a tranquil waterside setting should pay an urgent visit to Eliot’s View in Nuneaton, where new Redrow homes are selling fast.

The development continues to be a popular choice with a whole host of buyers and those homes which enjoy views overlooking the Coventry Canal are particularly sought-after. But following the sales success buyers are being urged to act now if they want to secure a canal-side home.

Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands), explained: “The combination of the location and our high specification means there’s a strong demand for the homes at Eliot’s View, particularly those that look out on to the canal. There are many reasons that people like to live overlooking water; the view changes on a daily, sometimes hourly basis, and it has a very calming and tranquil effect. Time is of the essence for those who want to enjoy waterside living as there are just three canal-side homes yet to be sold.”

Four-bedroom family homes close to the Coventry Canal are available in three different styles, with prices from £209,995.

Those with an existing home to sell could find they’re able to move to a brand new home sooner than anticipated with the help of part exchange. With Redrow effectively acting as a cash buyer for the customer’s old home it’s a quick and easy way to climb the property ladder.

Alternatively, if a customer has secured a buyer for their home, but the purchaser has a property to sell Redrow could step in and buy that house through its ‘chain reaction’ incentive to break up the chain.

For those who want somewhere smaller, Eliot’s View also includes two-bedroom apartments plus two and three-bedroom homes, with prices from just £97,995.

The new homes are helping to transform the site of the former Midland Quarry, which has been converted into a lake giving residents of Eliot’s View a further chance to enjoy the tranquillity of living close to water.

“Buying a brand new home means that you will have more free time to enjoy the beauty of your surroundings as unlike those who buy an older property you won’t have to spend time and money on repairs, renovations and decorating before you can move in,” Pauline added.

“All of our homes enjoy a high specification as standard with well equipped kitchens that feature integrated top brand name appliances including microwave, oven and fridge freezer, plus bathrooms and en-suites that boast quality fixtures and fittings. Well insulated with double glazing and central heating included as standard, they’re designed to be more energy efficient than older properties. It means that householders should enjoy lower fuel bills.”

Eliot’s View in Tuttle Hill is close to Nuneaton town centre and within commuting distance of Hinckley and Atherstone thanks to easy access to the A444 and A5.
