Six steps to looking after your little ones:
1. From 2 years of age teach little ones to blow their nose. A good way to do this is to explain that “it’s like smelling but backwards.”
2. Put a few drops of Olbas for Children on a cloth/hanky near their cot or bed (but out of reach)
3. Keep your child's bedroom warm, but well ventilated
