It’s been reported that properties in the Warwick area remain on the market for an average of 169 days before selling, meaning it is unlikely local homeowners will be able to trade up the property ladder until late summer in spite of their best efforts to move.

Thankfully help is at hand for Warwick house hunters as leading home builder Taylor Wimpey Midlands, is offering its widely acclaimed Part Exchange scheme at the attractive Warwick Chase development in the market town.

The popular scheme, which is available on selected house types at Warwick Chase, aims to greatly reduce the time purchasers have to wait to move to their dream home to just four weeks as Taylor Wimpey will buy the existing property.

“It’s a common yet frustrating scenario when you’ve made the decision to move, but can’t escape the trappings of your existing property,” states Anne Wallace, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Midlands.

She adds: “Through part exchange we have assisted dozens of house hunters all looking to purchase their new home at Warwick Chase but had previously not been able to sell their old house. It’s the ideal way to guarantee a buyer allowing you to concentrate on the move into your new family property.”

Warwick Chase is being built by one of Taylor Wimpey’s award winning site managers, demonstrating the excellent standard of workmanship throughout the new houses being constructed.

There is currently a fine selection of three, four and five bedroom house types available, with prices starting from just £214,995 for the three bedroom Ely design.

Anne concludes: “The homes at Warwick Chase have proved popular with families looking to move into bigger accommodation, due to their spacious interiors and their situation at our attractive Warwick development.”

Warwick, which is easily accessible by car, bus or train, is set amidst historic buildings and numerous attractions, headed by Warwick Castle, described as Britain's greatest mediaeval experience.

The town, which lies upon the River Avon, boasts a number of excellent educational facilities including separate independent schools for boys and girls. Ideal for commuters, access to the M40 and onto the wider motorway network is just minutes away, and Birmingham and Coventry city centres are close by.
