Help to buy family homes in Bracknell

An urgent visit to Balmoral Gardens is a must for those looking for a new home in Bracknell.

There are only six homes still available in the current phase of Balmoral Gardens, part of the wider Jennett’s Park development, and with Redrow offering to help customers enjoy a smooth transition from old to new, buyers are being urged to act now to avoid disappointment.

Those with an existing property to sell could take advantage of part exchange to climb the property ladder to a bigger, better, brand new home. Alternatively, buyers could save £10,000 to £15,000 in tax as Redrow is offering to pay the stamp duty on selected properties.

Helen McGill, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (South Midlands), explains: “People really want to live in our stylish new homes, but perhaps think they won’t be able to because they’re yet to sell their current home or are worried about the associated costs such as stamp duty.

“We want to make things as easy as possible for our customers and may be able to accept their old home as part payment towards a brand new one or we could pay the stamp duty, which on one of our five-bedroom homes could be almost £15,000. But time is of the essence as the current phase at Balmoral Gardens is nearing an end and while we’ll be building more homes at Jennett’s Park they won’t be ready to move in to until the New Year.”

The homes currently available at Balmoral Gardens offer a choice of four and five-bedroom properties from Redrow’s New Heritage Collection, priced from £338,950 to £487,950.

Inspired by the architecture of the Arts and Crafts era, externally they give a nod to the past; while inside they are bright, modern and full of family-friendly features including convivial open plan layouts that put the kitchen at the heart of the home.

The kitchens are well-equipped with integrated appliances such as oven, hob and fridge freezer – even the microwave is included as standard; while soft close fittings on the cabinets and drawers mean little fingers won’t get trapped.

Plus, thanks to the handy en-suite to master bedroom the morning rush for the family bathroom should be alleviated.

Jennett’s Park enjoys a real sense of community with a pub already open on site. A new primary school opened in September, while plans for the wider area include a country park of 91 acres and 10 play areas. Approximately half of the venture is set aside for open space, retained woodland and recreational areas.

Just five minutes from Bracknell and 20 minutes from Reading, the location also provides easy access to the M3 and M4 – perfect for commuters. Direct trains from Bracknell to London Waterloo take around an hour.

To discover how Redrow could help you make your next move, visit Balmoral Gardens, where the sales office is open daily from 10am to 5.30pm.
