Primavera Sound, or simply Primavera, is one of Europe’s largest annual music festivals. It takes place from 30th May to 3rd June 2012 in Barcelona.

The festival, held within the Parc del Fòrum leisure site by the coast of the Balearic Sea, is noted for its eclectic line-up and focus on independent music. Top acts performing this year include Laura Marling, The Black Lips, Beirut, Girls, Kings of Convenience, Sonic Youth's Lee Ranaldo and the Melvins. Customers can buy a five day pass at the cost of £156 or one day pass priced £58.
