Apartments at Brockenhurst offer private outdoor space

Spring is in full swing and, with it, brings brighter and warmer days, ideal for spending outdoors and making the most of any good weather you have. Although you wouldn’t normally associate apartments with having lots of outdoor space, Millgate Homes has disproved this misconception, with its Brockenhurst House development, in Ascot.

Each of the apartments here enjoys its own private space – whether a patio for those on the ground floor or large terraces and balconies for purchasers on the first and second floor and owners of the penthouses. Not only this, but every resident is able to enjoy the lush grounds here, featuring mature trees and shrubbery, designed by Millgate’s Chelsea gold-winning landscaper.

This is certainly something which has made the difference for discerning purchasers, as only one apartment now remains at the development. Located on the top floor of this exclusive collection of 14 homes is the final penthouse, priced at £1,250,000, which offers accommodation to rival that of the average detached family home. Space and light are two themes which recur throughout this impressive property: the lounge area has an open-plan feel, providing the perfect space for entertaining with ample room for dining and relaxing.

The adjoining 22’6” kitchen, meanwhile, has been designed to offer the ideal balance between form and function: the bespoke, fitted cabinets, designed by Millgate Homes’ in-house specialist, are a thing of true beauty and, complemented by stone work surfaces and upstands, are accompanied by a host of appliances to wow even the most accomplished chef.

As one would expect in a home of this calibre, bedrooms are of generous proportions and have en suite facilities, with the master benefiting from a dressing room and a balcony, accessed via French doors, which also serve to flood the room with natural light. Both en suites and the cloakroom are elegantly finished with crisp, white sanitaryware from the house of Villeroy & Boch, set off to perfection with contemporary chrome furnishings and bespoke fitted vanity units with stone tops.

David Wrigley, Head of Sales at Millgate Homes, comments: “We carefully consider all of the possible desires and needs of our purchasers, when designing our homes, and recognise that having outdoor space is certainly one of the most important aspects. Our final apartment offers this in abundance, showing buyers that there’s no need to compromise.”

The attention to detail of these apartments at Brockenhurst House extends even to the underground parking area, served by the elevator that provides access to all floors of the building. Spaces have been designed to house substantial luxury cars, with each apartment enjoying two dedicated spaces – a rarity that purchasers would be unlikely to find with any other similar properties in the area. Also, features like a heated ramp mean that even snow and ice won’t inhibit access.

All things considered, it’s little wonder that only one apartment at Brockenhurst House remains. To view this stunning penthouse, visit the development, open Thursday–Monday, 10am–4pm. Alternatively, log on to millgatehomes.co.uk.
