Continental has launched the ContiForceContact, a road legal track day tyre that sets a new benchmark for high performance cars.
 
Developed with some of the world’s leading tuning partners such as AC Schnitzer and Techart, the ContiForceContact is the first road legal track day tyre from Europe’s leading tyre manufacturer. Continental has used its considerable resources and expertise  in research and development  of the new tyre and conducted extensive tests at The Nordschleife cradle of all high-end driving events, to meet all requirements of a track day tyre.
 
For track performance Continental’s patented Black Chilli compound ensures maximum intermeshing between the tyre and road surface for ultimate grip, while it’s unique macro-block shoulder design delivers great handling and superb cornering. The result is superb adhesion in dry conditions and consistently fast lap times,making ContiForceContact an ideal tyre for keen track drivers.
 
Although the focus is on dry performance, Bi-directional drainage grooves on the inside of the tread, provide excellent wet weather performance on the track and allow the driver to get home safely whatever the weather.
