Barratt is set to host a prelaunch event for its latest Cardiff development at the St David’s Hotel in Cardiff on Thursday June 7.

Sales director Richard Lawson said interest has been so high in the new Scholar’s Gate close to Penylan that the five star housebuilder is set to give potential buyers an early preview of the new development which will officially open later in the summer.

A range of four and five bedroom detached homes are to be built at Scholar’s Gate with the new development just five minutes from Cardiff city centre.

“The launch event will run from 4pm-8pm and will give potential buyers an opportunity to learn more about the homes planned for Scholar’s Gate,’’ said Richard.

Early availability at Scholar’s Gate includes the four bedroom Kingsbridge, and Caerwent house designs, priced from £299,995 and £344,995 respectively. And, for those seeking even more space to grow into, the Wenvoe family home is priced from £424,995.
